    There are 4 schools within a 4-minute drive of Parkland Heights, Pine View Primary School within the estate. Mother Teresa Catholic College (Pre K-12) is on the western boundary on Eighty Road, along with Ridge View Secondary College (7-12) and Tranby College (K-12) both a short drive away.

    The 2.4ha multi-sport oval, sporting facilities and playground Peckham Reserve, along with smaller public open spaces, are located within Parkland Heights. The Baldivis District Sporting and Indoor Sports Complex and café are a 3-minute drive away on Eighty Road. Stockland Baldivis Shopping Centre is a 6-minute drive north and the larger Rockingham Centre is 15 minutes away.
